Over the past few weeks, we’ve been hard at work to take DetectivePro to the next level. With Version 2, we’re introducing innovative features and improvements designed to make investigative work even more efficient. Here’s what’s new:

1. Management of Investigative Collaborators

You can now add external collaborators to your investigative team!

  • Each collaborator will have a secondary password to access the application.

  • They can input investigative data and view the case file, but they won’t have access to sensitive information such as quotes, final reports, or confidential agency data.

2. Multi-Currency and Custom Units of Measurement

  • Support for additional currencies: Tailor quotes and payments to your clients’ preferred currency.

  • Miles instead of kilometers: If you work in countries that use miles, you can now configure this directly in the system.

3. More Efficient Quoting

  • Dedicated fields: We’ve revamped the quoting section to make it more intuitive and customizable.

  • Automation: When a client accepts a quote, it is automatically converted into a new case, and the client is added to the database.

4. General Improvements

  • Smoother and more responsive interface.

  • Optimizations to ensure faster performance and enhanced data security.

What happens after I subscribe?

Once you have chosen and confirmed your subscription, the next process is quick and easy. Here's what to expect:

  1. Receiving an email from DetectivePro
    Within 30 minutes to a maximum of one hour from the subscription, you will receive an email from us with the subject related to the password change.

  2. Change password
    The email will contain a secure link that will guide you to our portal. Here you will be asked to:

    • Enter a new password of your choice.

    • Confirm the new password to complete the procedure.

  3. Access your account
    After setting your new password, you will be able to log in to your account with your updated credentials and start using our services.
